Well, as I said, I liked to draw being on the street! 
And I did it again!
It was a summer evening and I absolutely didn't want to go home after job, 'cause annoying relatives just irritated me. This time I decided to go to the Charles Bridge and practice in drawing architecture... Gee, it's still awful! D:
To be honest, at first I didn't even think to add Bill to this drawing
But it seemed to me so blank and expressionless, I just had to create any plot! A-a-and... Bill Cipher is the easiest character whom I ever had to draw x'З So, he lights a fire in that lantern or something... Yes.
Actually, here's the original photos from the evening:
But their quality is just bleh!
So, I made this one the next morning before job :'D
